Exness offers five account types across its Standard and professional ranges. Your comparison should focus on position units, the way costs are charged and order execution. A professional account name does not guarantee professional skills or profitable trading.

The five Exness account types

Standard Cent 0.3 pips None Cent balances and cent lots

Zero 0.0 pips Instrument-specific Zero-spread conditions for selected instruments

Standard and Standard Cent use different units

Standard makes it straightforward to compare a spread-based pricing structure without adding a separate trading commission. Its strength is simplicity; its limitation is that a variable spread still creates a cost. Commission-free does not mean cost-free.

Standard Cent displays balances in cent currency and uses cent lots. A 5 USD deposit may appear as 500 USC, not 500 USD. Exness defines one cent lot as 0.01 standard lot. Check the minimum volume for the exact symbol as well: equal displayed lot numbers do not necessarily mean equal exposure across accounts. Standard Cent units explained.

Pro, Raw Spread and Zero

Pro keeps a commission-free trading structure and advertises a lower starting spread than Standard. It is worth examining once you understand execution and trading costs. Raw Spread and Zero make commission an explicit part of the comparison. Their shared limitation is that a low spread can be offset by commission.

Zero does not guarantee a zero spread at every moment. Its documentation gives time-based conditions and warns that spreads may increase during volatility. Zero account conditions.

Minimum deposit is not a universal figure

Standard and Standard Cent deposit conditions depend on the payment method and location. Professional accounts have an initial deposit starting from 200 USD, subject to regional requirements. Confirm the amount in your Personal Area. A payment minimum is also different from the capital needed to cover margin and potential losses. Official deposit explanation.

A practical comparison checklist

  1. Identify the exact symbol and platform.
  2. Check contract size, lot units and account currency.
  3. Add the monetary spread cost and both opening and closing commissions.
  4. Check holding charges and execution settings.
  5. Confirm eligibility and local terms before depositing.

For us, Exness is the best choice for comparing several account structures within one broker. This recommendation is based on the range of accounts and pricing structures. Open an Exness account through our partner link.
